Executive Search

Based on individual requirements, we work together with our clients in an initial project meeting to develop the search strategy. In terms of competition and industry specifics we will analyze your company’s environment. We apply sophisticated search methods in order to identify potential candidates. Next our associates approach them confidentially and evaluate whether they meet the requirements in a phone interview. Those candidates who appear to be eligible for the position will be subject to a confidential report which contains all necessary data such as resume, certificates and summaries of previous interviews. Those reports help our clients in making the decision of which candidate they would like to meet in person for an interview. Eventually, we will coordinate all appointments for you and accompany candidates to the interviews at your location. Upon request we will also assist both parties during the negotiations process. Additionally, we offer to be at the candidates disposal during their first weeks with your company.
