Roland Spitzegger, Managing Director

Roland Spitzegger has been in Executive Search for more than 15 years. Prior to starting his own business he has gained experience as Managing Director in one of Germany’s largest research agencies along with being the Associate Partner in one of the country’s leading Executive Search consultancies. Throughout his professional career Roland has developed a wide range of competencies with an emphasis on sustainable, environment friendly and future technologies as well as on the machine building, automotive, pharma, medical, retailing, financial & professional services industries.

Roland Spitzegger attended the University of Vienna in Austria with majors in International Business Studies. His cultural and international focus had already been formed by attending the French Lycée in Vienna. Roland is a native speaker of the German language and also fluent in both English and French.
