Our client, a globally recognized market leader in the material handling industry, is looking for a for a motivated technical dealer advisor / trouble shooter to support the partner network throughout France / Belgium. Experience in technical field service and customer support for capital goods such as forklift trucks, industrial trucks, work platforms and construction machinery, is the basis for accepting this challenge.

Trouble shooting: As a trouble shooter you will be there in the technical area to support the dealer network in Europe with technical issues. You work for the manufacturer and are the link between the dealer, technician and the manufacturer's plant. You define the procedure and initiate the appropriate solution measures
Dealer support: You make sure that the dealer gets what he needs to do his job efficiently. You proactively ensure field actions, support on-site troubleshooting, online and on-site training for our systems and accompany the dealer as a contact person for technical questions.
You already worked in technical support or as a customer service technician or technical trainer. You want to take the next step and work for one of the leading manufacturers specializing in lithium-powered storage technology. You get things done and follow up persistently. You are interested in product development.
You are customer-oriented and communicative and make the companies dealers feel comfortable.
You will travel and visit dealers as part of your job, mainly in France / Belgium
