Head of Electrification Technology (m/f/d)
main tasks
Lead a team for electrification in hydraulics and drives:

Track, analyze, research the latest cutting-edge technologies in electrification for hydraulics and drives

Creatively propose overall concepts of electrification for off-highway machines.

Provide performance requirements, design parameters, manufacturing concepts for innovative systems

Organize, coordinate, and implement projects

Guide and coordinate multi-party cooperation

Document research reports

Commercialization of research results

Feasibility analysis

Market and cost analysis
Organizing technical meetings and reporting technical results
PRofile
-
Electric engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electro-mechanical engineering
-
Earned European / American doctorate degree (or master's degree, with extensive experience)
-
Broad experience in drive line and controls theory
-
Familiar with electric drive system working principle and control methods
-
Familiar with the working principles of electric generator/motor and power electronics

Experienced in computer control software and hardware
-
Familiar with related system simulation software (e.g. Matlab / Simulink, AMESim)

Understanding of hydraulic drive systems (Hystat, CVT, etc) and hydraulic control design experiences are preferred

Strong project organization ability and communication skills
