For this reason, we are looking for an expert in Vehicle Integration for the tractors department of the newly emerging European Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg (Germany). Up to approx. 50 engineers from the areas of combines, tractors, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production will creatively work together for a better tomorrow.
main tasks

Define and optimize the complete tractor layout, ensuring efficient packaging and integration of all systems.

Guarantee seamless integration between all functional levels (chassis, engine, drive line, cabin, hydraulic and pneumatic plants, E&E),

Coordinate integration of functional subsystems such as suspension systems for front axle and cabin, fuel system, serviceability / assembly requirements).

Ensure compliance of the complete vehicle layout with EU-CN/ISO Standards as well as internal product definition requirements and specifications.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams (combines, tractors, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions, production) to drive innovation and system compatibility.

Lead design reviews and integration workshops to identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure robust solutions.

Support prototype build phases and validation testing, ensuring integration issues are identified and resolved early.

Provide technical documentation and reports to management and global engineering teams.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and innovation projects within the European Innovation Center.​

Bachelor degree or above with mechanical engineering background, Automotive Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in vehicle integration, preferably in tractors, agricultural machinery or working machinery.

Minimum 3 years Project Management experience.

Strong knowledge of tractor systems and subsystems (chassis, driveline, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics).

Proven experience in system integration, and compliance with international standards.

Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, Creo, or similar, preferable NX) and PLM systems (preferable Teamcenter.

Experience in prototype development, testing, and validation processes is a plus.

Understanding of international standards relevant to agricultural machinery.
