Senior Engineers Hydraulic Components (m/f/d)


  • Responsible for Innovations in hydraulic components

  • Tracking the most advanced engineering & manufacturing technologies in hydraulic components

  • Proposing innovative new concepts hydraulic components

  • Modeling and simulation for hydraulic components

  • Design and analysis of hydraulic components

  • Writing technical reports

  • Commercialization of research results with feasibility analysis and market & cost analysis

  • Organizing technical meetings and reporting technical results


  • Mechanical / Hydraulic Engineering, University TU or University of applied science (FH), Master or Ph.D. Degree (preferred).

  • Pioneering thinking and innovational mindset

  • Must have a solid machine design and hydraulics/hydraulic systems knowledge, with a minimum of 7 years of related experience

  • Must have a solid mechanics background, especially fluid mechanics with experience in mechanical component analysis and design capability

  • Ability to do various calculation based on the requirements

  • Skillful in using related software, such as Amesim and familiar with analysis of dynamics, vibrations and noise for hydraulic components

  • Familiar with hydraulics of construction machinery

  • Team player with strong communication skills

  • Fluent in English
