To further ensure rapid growth, our client is fully committed to talent development and technological innovation. For this reason, we are looking for a Director R&D (m/f/d) for the newly emerging Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg with in the future approx. 50 engineers from the areas of tractors, harvester, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production.

MAIN TaskS

• Lead a team to develop the most advanced technologies of agricultural machinery to meet the customer needs.

• Collect agriculture machine information, define the product and technology developing map.

• Manage the product & technology strategy and project management.

• Review the technical proposal and product design.

• Develop high quality supply chain, manufacturing process and quality technology standard.

• Complete the EU homologation.

• Manage the continuous product improvement.

• Find talent people and build the team.

• Plan and perform annual budget.
