For this reason, we are looking for a senior expert in design of seeding machinery for the newly emerging Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg (remote work offer possible). Up to approx. 50 engineers from the areas of combines, tractors, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production will creatively work together for a better tomorrow.
MAIN TaskS

Designing and developing high speed precision planting meter & seed delivery device for different crops and agronomy.

Collecting information about high-speed precision planters of benchmarking enterprises and conducting benchmarking research.

Establishing test & theoretical calculation methods and design standards of high-speed precision planting meter and seed delivery device.

Participating in the layout reviews of planters and row units.

Participating in the design scheme reviews of the intelligent monitoring system, hydraulic system, transmission system of planter.
PROFILE

Bachelor degree or above with mechanical / electrical engineering background.

At least 5 years of experience in the design and development of high-end precision planters, work experience with leading planter brands are preferred.

Experience with pneumatic seed metering systems (air seeding technology).

Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery design principles, materials and manufacturing processes..

Willingness to travel internationally for project coordination, supplier visits and field validation.

Excellent cross-culture communication and team management skills
