For this reason, we are looking for an expert in design of various structures (Threshing and separating module, Grain cleaning module, Grain gathering module, Chassis drive and chopper module, etc. for large harvesting machines) (m/f/d) for the newly emerging Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg with in the future approx. 50 engineers from the areas of tractors, harvester, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production.
MAIN TaskS

Lead a team to develop the most advanced technologies of the relevant modules (Threshing and separating module, Grain cleaning module, Grain gathering module, Chassis drive module, etc. of large harvesting machines) to meet the customer needs for harvester machinery products.

Responsible for the technical research, pre-development and development planning for the relevant modules.

Responsible for the technical planning and modular architecture of the modules.

Responsible for the product development, design, standard formulation, product improvement and key technology research.

Responsible for the project development, prototype production stage problem coordination and solutions.

Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during bench tests and field tests.

Participate in benchmarking and competitor module research.

Manage the continuous product improvement.

Responsible for the team's talent development.
PROFILE
-
Bachelor degree or above with mechanical engineering background.

At least 5 years of experience in the research and development of cutting header modules with at least 2 years project management experience.

Familiar with product development programs.

Proficient in the structure and design principles of Threshing and separating module, Grain cleaning module, Grain gathering module, Chassis drive module, etc. components of grain harvesting machinery.

Familiar with the structure of products of benchmark manufacturers.

Deep comprehension of the development trend and relevant module technology.

Excellent cross-culture communication and team management skills

Fluent in English
