For this reason, we are looking Team Leader for Electronic Control Engineering for combined harvester to carry out product development of electronic control modules for large harvesting machinery for the newly emerging Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg with in the future approx. 50 engineers from the areas of tractors, harvester, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production.
MAIN TaskS

Lead a team to carry out product development of electronic control modules for large harvesting machinery to meet the needs of customers for products.

Responsible for the technical research, pre-development and development planning for the electronic control module.

Responsible for the technical planning and modular architecture of the electronic control system.

Responsible for the product development, design scheme, standard formulation, product improvement and key technology research.

Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during project development and prototype production.

Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during bench tests and field tests.

Participate in benchmarking and competitor module research.

Manage the continuous product improvement.

Responsible for the team's talent development.
PROFILE
-
Bachelor degree or above with mechanical engineering background.

At least 5 years of experience in the research and development of electronic control modules with at least 2 years project management experience.

Familiar with methods and tools of the electronic control development as well as the ability of process design, optimization and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of functional safety management, standards and regulatory requirements, conceptual analysis of functional safety and system layer analysis.

Familiar with software development process such as ASPICE.

Understanding of the working principle and control requirements of agricultural machinery, working experience in agricultural background is preferred

Excellent cross-culture communication and team management skills
