For this reason, we are looking for a Header Specialist (Combine Harvester / Silage Harvester) for the newly emerging Innovation Center in Baden-Württemberg. Up to approx. 50 engineers from the areas of combines, tractors, implements, hydraulics, electronic control, intelligent solutions and production will creatively work together for a better tomorrow.


  • Lead a team to develop the most advanced technologies of the header module to meet the customer needs for combine or silage harvester machinery products.

  • Responsible for the technical research, pre-development and development planning for the header modules.

  • Responsible for the technical planning and modular architecture of the header module.

  • Responsible for the product development, design scheme, standard formulation, product improvement and key technology research.

  • Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during project development and prototype production.

  • Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during bench tests and field tests.

  • Participate in benchmarking and competitor module research.

  • Manage the continuous product improvement.

  • Responsible for the team's talent development.


  • Bachelor degree or above with mechanical engineering background.

  • At least 5 years of experience in the research and development of cutting header modules with at least 2 years project management experience.

  • Familiar with product development programs.

  • Proficient in the structure and design principles of header components of grain combine harvester (or silage harvester).

  • Familiar with the structure of products of benchmark manufacturers.

  • Deep comprehension of the development trend of header module technology.

  • Excellent cross-culture communication and team management skills

  • Fluent in English
